Description: McBains is situated at the summit of the Bainskloof Pass, offering venue hire and accommodation for up to 40 people in an eclectic variety of rooms, cabins, and spaces. Fronting the Klein Sneeuberg Mountain and Witte River, McBains is blessed with stunning views and easy access to an abundance of river pools and mountain walks. We are at the top of a mountain and you need to drive up a scary (for some), winding mountain pass to get here. We have no cellphone reception, but you can get intermittent access from the road. We are a little bit rough around the edges – just how we like it. We encourage you to take some time off from your phone. Accordingly, we have no WiFi.
